According to the results of the researches, the things that play a special role in the occurrence and continuation of drought are precipitation, temperature, evaporation, wind and relative humidity, but precipitation is the most important in The occurrence of drought. In this research, the data of maximum temperature, minimum temperature, average temperature, relative humidity, precipitation and wind speed of Kerman synoptic station were used in a period of 29 years (from 1991 to 2020). Standardized evapotranspiration (SPEI) and artificial intelligence methods such as tree model (MT) and spline adaptive multivariate regression (MARS) are presented. The results of Kerman drought prediction using the standardized precipitation-evaporation and transpiration index showed that the frequency of wet and dry periods is high in short-term time scales and this frequency decreases with the increase of the time period. In the period of the first 6 months of 1992, the highest value of the drought index (SPEI=2.48) and the most severe droughts occurred in the period of 24 months ending in 2009 with the lowest value of the index (SPEI=-5.53). The performance of MARS artificial intelligence model according to the values of R, RMSE and MAE statistical indicators in the training stage (R=0.989, RMSE=0.148 and MAE=0.105) and testing (R=0.950, RMSE = 0.290and MAE = 0.158), it is more suitable than the MT model.}, keywords = {Drought,SPEI Index,Artificial intelligence,Model tree,multivariate adaptive regression spline}, title_fa = {پیش‌بینی وضعیت خشکسالی با استفاده از شاخص بارش-تبخیر و تعرق استاندارد شده و مدل های هوش مصنوعی (مطالعه موردی: ایستگاه سینوپتیک کرمان)}, abstract_fa = {خشکسـالی ازجمله بلاهای طبیعی است که به اکوسیستم‌های طبیعی آسیب‌های فراوانی وارد می‌کند.بر اساس نتایج پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده، مواردی که نقش ویژه‌ای در وقوع و تداوم خشکسالی دارند عبارت از بارش، دما، تبخیر، باد و رطوبت نسبی هستنداما بارش مهم‌ترین مورد در وقوع خشکسالی است. در این تحقیق داده‌های دمای ماکزیمم، دمای مینیمم، میانگین دما، رطوبت نسبی، بارش و سرعت باد ایستگاه سینوپتیک کرمان در دوره 29 ساله (سال‌های 1991 الی 2020) استفاده شد.که با بهره‌گیری از داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده نتایج جدیدی جهت پیش‌بینی خشکسالی توسط شاخص بارش-تبخیروتعرق استانداردشده (SPEI) و روش‌های هوش مصنوعی ازجمله مدل درخت (MT) و رگرسیون چند متغیره تطبیقی اسپلاین ((MARS ارائه گردیده است. نتایج حاصل از پیش‌بینی خشکسالی شهر کرمان با استفاده از شاخص بارش ـ تبخیر و تعرق استانداردشده نشان داد که فراوانی دوره‌های مرطوب و خشک در مقیاس‌های زمانی کوتاه‌مدت زیاد است و با افزایش طول بازه زمانی این فراوانی کاهش می‌یابد. در بازه زمانی 6 ماهه اول سال 1992 بیشترین مقدار شاخص خشکسالی (SPEI=2.48) و شدیدترین خشکسالی ها در بازه زمانی 24 ماهه منتهی به سال 2009 با کمترین مقدار شاخص (SPEI=-5.53) رخ‌داده است. عملکرد مدل هوش مصنوعی MARS با توجه به مقادیر شاخص های آماری R و RMSE و MAE در مرحله آموزش(989/0 R= ، 148/0 RMSE=و105/0= MAE) و آزمایش(950/0 R= ، 290/0 RMSE= و158/0= MAE)، نسبت به مدلMT مناسبتراست.}, keywords_fa = {خشکسالی,شاخص SPEI,هوش مصنوعی,مدل درخت,رگرسیون چند متغیره تطبیقی اسپلاین}, url = {https://www.ims-jmas.net/article_161016.html}, eprint = {https://www.ims-jmas.net/article_161016_f94396f9a1cb8020a277cd0975d9e59c.pdf} }
